Qualification
- Manager – Sales: ఏ ఏ డిసిప్లిన్‌లోనైనా Graduation తప్పనిసరి; MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales/Banking) ఉండవచ్చు.
- Officer / Manager – Agriculture Sales: 4‑సంవత్సరాల Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Science/Dairy Science/Fisheries/Food Tech/Biotech/Food Science/Agricultural Engineering మరియు దీనికి సంబంధిత కోర్స్ తప్పనిసరి; PGDiploma/PG Degree in Sales/Agri Business/Rural Management/Finance ఉండవచ్చు.
Age Limit
- Manager – Sales: కనీసం 24‑ఏళ్ళు, గరిష్టం 34‑ఏళ్ళు (1‑ఆగ‌స్టు‑2025 న)
- Officer – Agriculture Sales: కనీసం 24‑ఏళ్ళు, గరిష్టం 36‑ఏళ్ళు
- Manager – Agriculture Sales: కనీసం 26‑ఏళ్ళు, గరిష్టం 42‑ఏళ్ళు.
ఉమేదవారికి వర్గ ఆధారిత వయోవిశ్రాంతి ఉంటుంది: SC/ST – 5 ఏళ్లు, OBC – 3 ఏళ్లు, PwD వర్గాలకు అధిక వయోవిశ్రాంతి కూడా ఉంటుంది.
Salary
- Officer – Agriculture Sales (JMG/S‑I): ₹48,480 నుండి ₹85,920 వరకు (గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్ తరువాతపు పెంపులు)
- Manager – Sales / Manager – Agriculture Sales (MMG/S‑II): ₹64,820 నుంచి ₹93,960 వరకు (జీతం డేటా ఆధారంగా ఉంటుంది).
Selection Process
- ఈ నియామక ప్రక్రియలో Online Test followed by Psychometric Test, Group Discussion / Interview ఉంటాయి; పోస్టు ఆధారంగా స్టేజ్‌లు మారవచ్చు
- నిమ్మ నేపథ్యం ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే మ Pais Shortlisting మరియు Interview మాత్రమే కావచ్చు

- Professional Knowledge – 75 Qns (150 మార్కులు)
- మొత్తం: 150 ప్రశ్నలు, 225 మార్కులు, సమయం: 150 నిమిషాలు (2.5 గంటలు)
- తప్పు సమాధానానికి -0.25 మార్కుల నెగిటివ్ మార్కింగ్ ఉంటుంది.
