Job Role
Selected candidates will serve as Operators (C-5 level) across various technical trades. Please note that this engagement is purely for a tenure of four years without the guarantee of permanent employment.
Education Qualifications
To be considered eligible, candidates must have completed the following:
– NAC (3 Years) OR
– ITI (2 Years) + NAC / NCTVT (1 Year)
in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.

Salary / Pay Scale
The selected candidates will be compensated per the C-5 pay scale, which includes:
– Basic Pay: ₹22,000 per month
– DA: As applicable
– HRA: As applicable

– An annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay during tenure, subject to performance.

– PwBD: +10 years
– Ex-Apprentices of HAL: As per the apprenticeship period

– Operate and maintain machinery pertaining to the designated trade
– Adhere to production, overhaul, and maintenance procedures
