Education Qualifications
For both positions, a Master’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required.
Experience Required
– Senior Capacity Building Consultant
* A minimum of 9 years of combined experience at the District, State, or National level.
* Specific experience in:
* Panchayat Governance
* Rural Development Programmes
* Decentralized Planning
* Capacity Building & Training
* Familiarity with RGSA, SDG Localization, and GPDP/BPDP/DPDP is preferred.
– Capacity Building Consultant
* A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Panchayat governance and rural development.
* Field-level training and capacity building experience are desirable.
Salary/Remuneration

Job Role & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
– Coordination with State Panchayati Raj Departments and SIRDs/SPRCs.
– Supporting training institutions under RGSA.
– Conducting field visits to assigned districts (up to 15 days/month).
– Developing training materials and delivering training.
– Assisting in LSDG-focused GPDP, BPDP & DPDP preparation.
– Monitoring, mentoring, and reporting on work progress.
– Building the capacity of Panchayats for governance & service delivery.

– In-depth knowledge of Panchayati Raj systems.
