About TGCAB

Job Role – Cooperative Intern
It is important to note that this position is an internship and not a permanent job in the bank. Selected interns will gain hands-on experience by collaborating closely with District Cooperative Central Banks (DCCBs) and Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS).
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent in:
- Marketing Management
- Cooperative Management
- Agri Business Management
- Rural Development Management
- OR
- 2-year PGDM from AICTE / UGC approved institutions.
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Knowledge of the Telugu language is mandatory
Age Limit
The age of applicants must fall within the following criteria:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 30 years

Salary / Remuneration
The selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay of ₹25,000. Additionally, TA/DA will be applicable as per the standards for Staff Assistants at the respective banks. However, no other allowances or benefits will be provided.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Selected Cooperative Interns will:
- Collaborate with the PACS Cell / PACS Development Cell
- Engage with Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS)
- Assist in computerization and business planning
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Facilitate the implementation of Ministry of Cooperation initiatives
- Execute additional duties as assigned by the bank
